In order to keep costs down, sometimes businesses will 'replace' existing products or services.  Or they will replace existing ways to doing certain operations in their business.  It may be a good idea to discuss making changes with an experienced consultant before making them.  However this is an area where no one can offer guarantees other than a best faith effort to try to discover many possible options, including some you may not have thought of.Free Meeting

At our first meeting, you and your consultant will discuss your situation and find out your goals.  Your consultant will then prepare a proposal suggesting what he/she thinks is needed for your company to reach those goals, and what the probable cost will be.  There is no cost for this initial service.  The meeting can be at our office, your business, or at a coffee shop that is convenient to both of us. You then consider the proposal and if you want to continue we will start the project.  There are no hidden costs, everything is explained up front and we offer a no-gimmick service with old fashioned mentoring from a successful, experienced business person.
